the staff was friendly. the food had ample variety. the check-in time was flexible and there was no rush during checkout. even after checkout, i could use all the facilities till my airport pickup.
i waited a long time for the elevators. only one elevator went to the pool. the rooms were not cleaned properly. the mini bar in the room was always very warm, it did not cool properly.

slow room service cold club sandwich
the pool area was acceptable.
The room service was slow. I waited over an hour for a simple order of club sandwich, and it arrived cold and poorly prepared, honestly, a waste of money.

perfect cleanliness beachfront location helpful staff
The hotel is super clean, i mean perfectly clean! i loved the location right on the beach (jet-skiing was so fun!). the staff were really friendly and helpful. Goktug from the guest relations helped us a lot.

fantastic family stay
lovely grounds helpful staff
I booked a room. the staff was helpful. i accessed the beach easily. the grounds were lovely with many outdoor pools. there were lots of things to do at the hotel. the food was nice. the room was amazing. I will definitely return next year!
I wish there were more inclusive services available. Only a few drinks and beds were included. my husband experienced burns from hot stones during the massage.

The hotel offers multiple pools, each has a unique atmosphere. there are many restaurants and a good patisserie area. service was excellent and staff ensured a cute stay. The hotel is designed so you can find everything.

the hotel has direct access to the beach. shops are located to the left within a 10-minute walk, as well as opposite and to the right of the premises. the resort's layout is easy to navigate for any guest.

Our room was spacious and clean. the family room included all facilities. My kids enjoyed it. there were many cupboards available. the bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure!

The food had much variety for kids and adults. There was much to do in and out of the hotel. The weather was still good.
The guest relations staff were rude. Reception staff was unhelpful. Service at the bars and restaurants was slow and they often got orders wrong.

warm welcome helpful staff excellent support
we were greeted warmly upon arrival. the bellboys and receptionists were always ready to assist. i extend my sincere thanks to göktüğ from guest relations for their excellent support. i am grateful for the overall positive experience and thankful for the wonderful memories created .
i noticed some minor wear and tear, such as the slides needing repainting.

our beautiful triple room provided ample space. the beds were very comfortable, and the sea view (i really enjoyed it) was a treat to wake up to. daily room service kept everything tidy and refreshed.
