I booked a room. the staff was helpful. i accessed the beach easily. the grounds were lovely with many outdoor pools. there were lots of things to do at the hotel. the food was nice. the room was amazing. I will definitely return next year!

I wish there were more inclusive services available. Only a few drinks and beds were included. my husband experienced burns from hot stones during the massage.

The guest relations staff were rude. Reception staff was unhelpful. Service at the bars and restaurants was slow and they often got orders wrong.

we were greeted warmly upon arrival. the bellboys and receptionists were always ready to assist. i extend my sincere thanks to göktüğ from guest relations for their excellent support. i am grateful for the overall positive experience and thankful for the wonderful memories created .

i noticed some minor wear and tear, such as the slides needing repainting.
